Predhovor
Študentská vedecká aktivita patrí k tradičným a dlhodobo rešpektovaným formám podpory vedeckého, odborného a osobnostného rozvoja študentov Ekonomickej fakulty Univerzity Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici. Predstavuje priestor, v ktorom môžu študenti prezentovať výsledky svojej odbornej a výskumnej práce, overovať si svoje poznatky v diskusii s odbornou verejnosťou a zároveň rozvíjať schopnosti analytického myslenia, kritickej reflexie, vedeckej argumentácie a verejnej prezentácie.
V roku 2026 sa uskutočnil už 32. ročník tejto konferencie, do ktorého sa zapojilo 60 študentov s 36 súťažnými prácami. Svoje príspevky prezentovali účastníci zo Slovenska, Poľska a Ukrajiny, čím si podujatie opäť potvrdilo svoj medzinárodný rozmer. Osobitne nás teší, že až 36 účastníkov tvorili zahraniční študenti, ktorí obohatili odborný program o nové pohľady, skúsenosti a inšpirácie vychádzajúce z rôznych akademických a spoločenských prostredí.
Súťažné práce boli zaradené do piatich sekcií: Cestovný ruch, Ekonomika a manažment podniku, Verejná ekonomika, regionálny rozvoj a spoločenské vedy, Financie, bankovníctvo a investovanie a Stredné školy. Aj v tomto ročníku sa potvrdilo, že tematická rozmanitosť konferencie vytvára vhodný priestor na odborný dialóg naprieč viacerými oblasťami ekonomického a spoločenského poznania. Mimoriadne si ceníme aj zapojenie študentov stredných škôl, ktorých bolo v tomto roku 6. Ich účasť vnímame ako dôležitý prvok podpory mladých talentov a budovania pozitívneho vzťahu k vedeckej a odbornej práci už v skorších etapách vzdelávania.
Predložené práce i diskusie v jednotlivých sekciách potvrdili, že študentská vedecká aktivita má nezastupiteľné miesto v akademickom živote fakulty. Umožňuje prepájať teoretické poznatky s aktuálnymi spoločenskými a ekonomickými výzvami, rozvíja tvorivosť a samostatnosť študentov a zároveň posilňuje ich pripravenosť na ďalšie štúdium, výskumnú činnosť i profesijnú prax. Konferencia tak každoročne prispieva nielen k rozvoju odborných kompetencií účastníkov, ale aj k podpore spolupráce, výmene skúseností a internacionalizácii akademického prostredia.
Veríme, že zborník z 32. ročníka Študentskej vedeckej aktivity prinesie čitateľom podnetné poznatky, inšpiratívne pohľady a dôkaz o tom, že mladí autori dokážu citlivo reflektovať aktuálne problémy teórie aj praxe. Všetkým účastníkom ďakujeme za ich úsilie, tvorivý prístup, odbornú pripravenosť a odvahu prezentovať výsledky svojej práce. Zároveň im prajeme veľa úspechov v ďalšom štúdiu, vedeckej práci i profesijnom živote.

Preface
The Student Scientific Conference is one of the traditional and long-established forms of support for the academic, professional, and personal development of students at the Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. It provides a valuable space in which students can present the results of their academic and research work, confront their ideas with the scholarly community, and at the same time develop skills in analytical thinking, critical reflection, scientific argumentation, and public presentation.
In 2026, the 32nd edition of the conference took place, bringing together 60 students with 36 competition papers. The contributions were presented by participants from Slovakia, Poland, and Ukraine, once again confirming the international character of the event. We are especially pleased that as many as 36 participants were international students, whose presence enriched the academic programme with new perspectives, experiences, and inspirations rooted in different academic and social environments.
The papers were presented in five sections: Tourism, Business Economics and Management, Public Economics, Regional Development and Social Sciences, Finance, Banking and Investment, and High Schools. This year again, the thematic diversity of the conference proved to be an important basis for professional dialogue across several areas of economic and social knowledge. We also highly appreciate the participation of high school students, of whom there were 6 this year. Their involvement is seen as an important contribution to supporting young talent and fostering a positive relationship to academic and professional work already in the earlier stages of education.
The submitted papers and the discussions held in the individual sections confirmed that the Student Scientific Conference holds an irreplaceable position in the academic life of the faculty. It helps connect theoretical knowledge with current social and economic challenges, develops students’ creativity and independence, and strengthens their preparedness for further study, research activity, and professional practice. In this way, the conference contributes each year not only to the development of participants’ professional competences, but also to cooperation, the exchange of experience, and the internationalisation of the academic environment.
We believe that the proceedings of the 32nd Student Scientific Conference will offer readers stimulating insights, inspiring perspectives, and evidence that young authors are capable of thoughtfully reflecting on current issues in both theory and practice. We would like to thank all participants for their effort, creativity, professional commitment, and willingness to present the results of their work. At the same time, we wish them every success in their further studies, academic activities, and professional careers.
